Owner/ Head Coach
Corey is the owner and head strength coach of Bullard Strength & Conditioning. He brings over 15 years of coaching experience in the fitness industry.
Corey knows what it takes to get the most out of every training session both physically and mentally. His programs are designed to build a solid foundation through functional movements, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. This allows for greater success in more advanced movements while staying injury free.

Ellen is a former soccer player with a passion for athletics. She is an excellent motivator, programmer and always gets the best out of her clients. Her unique ability to evaluate movement and push people to new levels of performance allow her to get long lasting results for her clients.
After a college soccer career shortened by a recurring knee injury, Ellen began to question the traditional methods of strength and conditioning in sport and ultimately challenged herself to reach a level of fitness that would reduce her knee pain and allow her to perform like a competitive athlete once again. Following years of challenging workouts and alterations to her diet, she achieved that goal and reached personal bests in all levels of performance. She was stronger, faster, and healthier than she’d ever been and remained free of all knee pain.
Ellen believes that fitness is an ever-evolving journey and enjoys helping individuals overcome the unique struggles they face in their search for better health.
Our knowledgeable coaching staff works with you to define your goals and evaluate your current fitness level. We then design a custom program that challenges your weaknesses and celebrates your strengths, so that your workouts are both enjoyable and effective while getting you the results you’ve been waiting for. During the program, we continue to monitor and evaluate your progress at regular intervals and make adaptive changes as needed to keep you reaching new milestones. Through our private training program, you are guaranteed to reach your full potential. With the knowledge of our expert coaching staff, you have no choice but to get into the best shape of your life.
Group classes are an excellent source of support and motivation, but the generic programming found in most group class settings simply can’t accommodate your individual needs. Our Semi-Private training program gathers like-minded individuals with similar fitness goals in a unique training environment that fosters new friendships, builds camaraderie and increases results. Semi-Private classes are limited to six students each, so you won’t have to fight for the attention you deserve. You will receive close guidance from our expert coaches and join other individuals, committed to bettering themselves, in a supportive atmosphere that is dedicated to your long-term success.
Competency and skill in Olympic weightlifting movement is one of the best ways to increase strength, power and quickness. These lifts are highly technical and are difficult to instruct. Our coaches excel in teaching the Olympic lifts and have proven their abilities by qualifying novice lifters for National Championship and Pan-American Games competition. We offer Olympic weightlifting programs for every level of athlete. Whether you simply want to familiarize yourself with the lifts, improve your athletic performance or compete nationally and internationally; we have the knowledge and training tools to deliver superior results.
